Hey guys, here is the official guide to the 3rd anniversary of Club Penguin! 
This is the best anniversary party that I’ve been to(even though this is only my 2nd anniversary

Check out how the Town looks, they decorated it really well and it looks really cool! 
If you are having some trouble finding the anniversary hat, here’s a picture to help you. You need to click the red button on the fan.
Secondly, the Ice Cream Apron has also been brought back, this was my very first item on Club Penguin during the ‘07 Water Party!
The new pin is in the Dance Lounge on the middle table. It is a 3rd year anniversary cake pin which looks cool!
The new year book has also been added to the Book Room in the Coffee Shop! It has been put in a very special and cool display case!
